During the holiday season, there are no scheduled onsite visits. Regular onsite support will resume after January 5th.
Support over the holidays
Our team will continue to support you over the holidays in a reactive manner. This means we will not be making proactive site visits, although we remain available to emergencies. A tech emergency might look like critical systems are down, meaning essential operations are non-functional.
For less urgent issues, please submit a ticket as usual. Please note that response times may be slightly slower than usual during this time. Rest assured, all scheduled work planned after January 5th will proceed as arranged.
