Hi Team, and welcome to our refreshed newsletter! We’ll now be sending these out every couple of weeks with a mix of tips, tricks, logistics, and light training items to keep everyone informed.
We’re excited to share that Joe has officially joined White Glove IT full-time — many of you already know him well. Joe will be continuing to support day-to-day operations as we grow and refine our service delivery.
You’ll also start to notice our transition from My Zen IT to White Glove IT branding. It’s the same trusted team and support, now with a more unified and polished identity.
Windows 11 Rollout
We are beginning upgrades to Windows 11 across all eligible workstations over the next few weeks. Our team will reach out directly to schedule each upgrade, with a preference for completing most installations outside regular business hours to minimize disruption.
Some systems may require upgrades during work hours due to complexity or coordination needs. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process. These upgrades improve security, performance, and ensure compatibility with the latest software tools we use to support you.
New Secure Password Sharing
We’re improving how we share password details to keep information secure. Going forward, we will send links to a Bitwarden vault instead of plain-text passwords in emails. This approach keeps credentials encrypted and safe at rest.
- The link will always include “bitwarden.com” in the address bar.
- You will never be asked to log in or provide a username or password to access the link.
- Each vault link is encrypted and provides secure access to the information you need.
This change is part of our continued focus on maintaining the highest level of security for all client data and internal communications.

Accidentally closed a browser tab? Get it back instantly:
- Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + T
- Mac: ⌘ + Shift + T
Press it multiple times to reopen several recently closed tabs. In most browsers, it can even restore the last closed window if no tabs remain.
